Learn About the City's Response to COVID-19

The health and safety of our customers, employees and community is of utmost importance to the City of Sheridan. In an effort to protect everyone and do our part in reducing the spread of COVID-19, we strongly urge customers to use our off-site payment options for utility bills. Payments can be mailed to the address on the bill stub. These will go directly to where our local banking partner, First Interstate Bank, processes physical checks. Customers can also pay online or through our automated phone system at (888) 838-5335, where credit card, debit card or e-checks are gladly accepted - with no applied service fees.
