PUBLIC NOTICE
ADVERTISEMENT AND REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR
CITY OF SHERIDAN HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE CONTRACTORS
Notice is hereby given that the City of Sheridan Solid Waste Division is soliciting bids from contractors having specific experience and qualifications for Household Hazardous Waste disposal services in accordance with the performance specifications listed in the bid documents available on the City of Sheridan’s website:

Bidders must submit one (1) original bound copy and one (1) electronic copy on or before the submittal deadline in a sealed envelope marked “Solid Waste Division Bid No. SW-11-01-2023. Bids may be delivered in person to the City of Sheridan (55 Grinnell Plaza) or via mail, to be received no later than November 17, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. (MDT); at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted and may disqualify the bidder.
Please see the bid specifications as it relates to the 5% Wyoming Resident Preference (W.S. § 16-6-106). The City of Sheridan reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
